Residential prices have remained unchanged in Nicaragua this past year, according to Global Property Guide research. A 250 square metre house in Managua costs around US$200,000, giving rental yields of around 8%. Our figures are admittedly rough and ready, as many houses are only quoted in terms of the number of bedrooms, and strangely, houses quoted in bedroom terms seem to have lower rental yields than those quoted in square metres!
